after "emerge sync" I've got:
>>> Updating Portage cache:   90%!!! Cannot resolve a virtual package name to an ebuild.
!!! This is a bug, please report it. (virtual/libintl-0)

After this, for every emerge attempt I receive the following error message

Calculating dependencies /!!! Cannot resolve a virtual package name to an ebuild.
