xmingw-binutils 220.127.116.11.2 is too old and won't compile correct code for certain projects such as ReactOS (http://www.reactos.org). Can't the newer version of xmingw-binutils be marked as stable yet?

gcc 4.1.1 is now stable in portage, and the current stable version of xmingw-binutils will not compile with it. This needs to be updated.
