Description Mark Dominik Bürkle 2005-12-29 20:04:51 UTC
Hi,

the ebuild media-video/realplayer-10.0.6 uses HOMEPAGE="https://player.helixcommunity.org/...".

The currently installed wget (wget-1.10.2) refuses to download from there, because the Certification Authority (Equifax_Secure_Global_eBusiness_CA-1.cer) is not installed in /etc/ssl/certs/ (fetch/cp and softlink 74c26bd0.0).

It doesn't seem possible to me to pass "--no-check-certificate" to wget through emerge (without modifying the ebuild).
I didn't find some environment variable to pass to wget, either.
Neither does /root/.wgetrc seem to be the right place. :-)

Please fix it (have the Cert included in /etc/ssl/certs), change the url to use "http://" or implement a special download command with "--no-check-certificate".

Thanks!
