(I don't know if this bug may be related to bug #892 by drobbins)

when aspell-0.32.6 is merged (which is the highest unmasked version as far as I
can see)
it works with pspell-0.11.2 but not with pspell-0.12.2-r1 which is the latest
unmasked.

ldd /usr/bin/aspell reveals that several libpspell libs are missing (mostly
.so.3 and .so.4)
but symlinks to the proviede .so.4 & higher libs do NOT fix the problem on my
machine
(at least not from within emacs - an error message & a hanging process result)
