Description Techie2000 2002-11-30 20:37:37 UTC
The following section is setup incorrectly:

# Create /dev/cdrom for the first cdrom drive
LOOKUP ^cdrom$ CFUNCTION GLOBAL mksymlink cdroms/cdrom0 cdrom
REGISTER ^cdrom/cdrom0$ CFUNCTION GLOBAL mksymlink $devname cdrom
UNREGISTER ^cdrom/cdrom0$ CFUNCTION GLOBAL unlink cdrom

It should read:

# Create /dev/cdrom for the first cdrom drive
LOOKUP ^cdrom$ CFUNCTION GLOBAL mksymlink cdroms/cdrom0 cdrom
REGISTER ^cdroms/cdrom0$ CFUNCTION GLOBAL mksymlink $devname cdrom
UNREGISTER ^cdroms/cdrom0$ CFUNCTION GLOBAL unlink cdrom

The ^cdrom part should be ^cdroms so that it can make a symlink as there is no
/dev/cdrom directory. The same problem exists in the commented out DVD section.

Fixed on CVS, thanks.
