with 2.6.14-r3 kernel, alsa recognizem the sound card but no device nodes are
created:

with 2.6.14 averything is working nicely

1. start 2.6.14-gentoo-r3 kernel
2. alsamixer

Actual Results:  
alsamixer: function snd_ctl_open failed for default: No such device
