I have finaly got porthole-0.5.0 ready for release except for the ebuild.  It no
longer works with the latest portage.  It was using the has_version function to
set the pyxml dependency according to the installed python version.  So far I do
not know how to do it correctly.   I have yet uploaded the final -0.5.0 tarball
to the server as I wanted to ensure everything was working correctly first.

But I need a functioning ebuild for that.

Attached is the incorrect ebuild.  If you are able fix it, I can test it and
upload the final tarball for release.
