Kopete yahoo webcams currently throw an error message about needing jasper to
work, manually emerging jasper fixees this problem.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge kopete-3.5.0
2.have somebody initiate a webcam session with you
3.
Actual Results:  
kopete pops up an error box saying it needs jasper

Expected Results:  
kopete should pop up a window showing the webcam.

einfo "You need to emerge jasper to get webcam support"

this could fix this bug?

Upstream should have this fixed now.
