Xsane-0.98a is out. The version currently in portage seems to have bug with the
batch scanning function. Supposedly this has been fixed with the newest release.

Steps to Reproduce:





Currently with my Canonscan LiDE20 I can not perform batch scans either using
Gimp's xsane plugin or by using xsane directly. The scanner just seems to hang.
Everything else seems to work as it should. The newest version of xsane
supposedly solves this issue.
