The UPS monitoring daemon 'NUT' (http://www.networkupstools.org/) is placed in
the www-apps/ folder. The equivalent daemon, apcupsd, seems to reside in the
sys-apps/ folder.

I'm moving it to sys-power as that is where apcupsd resides presently.
