emerge of sys-cluster/vzctl-2.7.0.23 fails while applying patch with error:
 * Applying vzctl-2.7.0.23-gentoo_etc_vz.patch ...

 * Failed Patch: vzctl-2.7.0.23-gentoo_etc_vz.patch !
 *  ( /usr/portage/sys-cluster/vzctl/files/vzctl-2.7.0.23-gentoo_etc_vz.patch )

Actually I found 2 easy-to-solve bugs in patch and fixed it by myself.

patch on man/vzctl.8.orig file is removed (this file doesn't exist in tarball)

this has been fixed a long time ago, please sync your portdir

thanks, I checked that problem is already fixed in portage.
