This was initially documented in the gentoo forums, http://forums.gentoo.org/ viewtopic-t-393927-highlight-.html kword would simply return "Segmentation fault" kpresenter would return "KCrash: Applicatoin 'kpresenter' crashing..." As suggested in the forums, emerging the ~x86 version of aspell seems to have fixed the problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
thats cool - having a 'stable' version of aspell crashes the 'stable' koffice, and the 'unstable' version of aspell is supposed to be the fix... why can't the unstable version of aspell become stable then?
