Uhm, I suspect your autoconf is somewhat b0rked (also Bug 110182). Please try to re-emerge autoconf-2.13 and try again.
re-emerging autoconf does not help, tried that many times. Just to be sure did it again: emerge -av =sys-devel/autoconf-2.13 all went alright, but Mozilla won't build again, same error... I am an experienced developer, but never dealt with autoconf. If you give me some pointers on what to try, I may be able to help you with this. Regards.
