- remove # likewhoa and RDEPEND="${DEPEND}"
- GPL is not a correct license, have a loook at /usr/portage/licenses/
- src_unpack() is superfluous
- replace einstall with  make DESTDIR=${D} install  if possible

HI Friends,
i try to install gentoo on my laptop, but i get this problem. what can i do?

emerge x11-apps/xclock then try again.

Looks like the upstream already provides an ebuild for Gentoo:
