Description Diego Elio Pettenò (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-10-16 11:02:32 UTC
libmatroska and libebml have a symbiotic relationship, the dependency between
the two is usually ~, so they should be stabled "at the same time".

Currently, ia64 has libmatroska-0.6.2 stable, that depends on
~dev-libs/libebml-0.6.3, that is stable, but it's obsolete by libebml-0.7.3
(also ia64 stable).

Also, after libebml 0.7.1-r1 and libmatroska 0.7.3-r1, both ~mips and ~ia64
keywords gone away (with the exception of libebml 0.7.3 that is ia64 stable).

Latest versions (libebml 0.7.5 and libmatroska 0.7.7) are not marked ~ia64 and
~mips.

The request is for ia64 to test and mark stable as soon as possible
libmatroska 0.7.6 that corresponds to libebml 0.7.3 (note: there's *nothing
else* currently on the tree depending on libebml, so the current out of sync
means that your stable tree is not stable), and to both the arches to mark
~arch the latest versions of the two, so that we can clean up the ebuilds.

Thanks in advance,
Diego

You know, a comment would be okay to say, now and then.

mips dropped the keywords.
