Bug 108934 – gst-plugins-theora-0.8.11: Failed Running aclocal !

Emerge of gst-plugins-theora-0.8.11 stops at the beginning, right after   
extracting source and applying gst-plugins-theora-0.8.11-conffix.patch, when   
trying to run aclocal.
