The result set given by the URl above shows 231 VERIFIED bugs as TOTAL.
But clicking at the 2 in that line (the column has no title, maybe these are the
'NEW' bugs ?) didn't show only 2 bugs, instead 231 bugs are shown.

I'm not exactly how this report code is written. I honestly have never really
looked at it befre. This looks like it was fixed in later bugzillas, so going to
mark this as upstream.
