updating 'world' fails even after emerge sync, only now noticed, seems to have
been ongoing a few days

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge sync
2.emerge -uDvp world
3.

Actual Results:  
it failed

Expected Results:  
compiled and installed
