Description solomon 2005-10-04 09:19:17 UTC
can't install gnome. I tried to run emerge gnome, it goes through the long list
of 99 packages, gets to apm and halts. I try emerge gnome and it tries to pick
up where it left off with installing apm with the results described below.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge gnome
2.
3.

Actual Results:

usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686.../3.3.5-20050130/crtbeginS.o, crtendS.o
make *** [libapm.la] Error 1
rm apm.o
...

Expected Results:

Run:
fix_libtool_files.sh 3.3.5-20050130

If that still doesn't work, re-emerge libtool and run it again.
