Remove '-fstack-protector-all' from CFLAGS.  The hardened compiler switches ssp
on automatically for you, also automatically avoiding some situations when it
usually needs to be off (like this one).  Using the hardened compiler to manage
ssp is the only way we support.

Here's a tip when searching for existing bugs before submitting a new one - put
a unique bit of the log into the query page "A comment" box and search for that.
 For example, trying:

undefined reference to `.LC2'

picks up previous references to this issue.
