Description Michael Stewart (vericgar) (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-09-18 18:12:24 UTC
Please test and stable mod_accounting-0.5 for new-style apache.
Comment 1 AJ Armstrong 2005-10-14 22:54:36 UTC
The message to peruse /usr/share/doc/mod_accounting-0.5/create_tables.sql.gz
after the install of this package is misleading. Probaly mean the schema.sql.gz
package.
Comment 2 AJ Armstrong 2005-10-16 19:19:01 UTC
Tested www-apache/mod_accounting-0.5 for amd64 on net-www/apache-1.3.33-r12.

Builds and loads. Once I had the proper database structure (there is a
disconnect between the sample sql and the modules.d config), accounting info is
posted to the table.

Stable for amd64 on apache-1.3, with a recommendation that the documentation on
setting up the database be reviewed.

Works here. I'll attach a patch + 2 sql files to set up the databases, as the provided one doesn't work (as AJ Armstrong already said).

Comment 8 Anonymous 2006-01-07 03:12:50 UTC
I forgot to mention, I have tested this one against mysql and postgresql on x86.
Comment 9 Chris White (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-01-15 22:31:13 UTC
Bump, willing to mark but need this stuff commited first.
Comment 10 Anonymous 2006-01-16 04:20:48 UTC
Can't you commit it? I can't commit it.
Comment 11 Bryan Østergaard (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-01-21 09:20:02 UTC
Looks like upstream is dead and mod_cband looks like a good, upstream supported alternative (see bug 118334) so I'm going to remove this package instead.
Comment 12 Mark Loeser (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-01-21 09:57:56 UTC
Sounds good, removing x86.
Comment 13 Michael Stewart (vericgar) (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-03-05 13:24:00 UTC
can't find this package in the tree anywhere - looks like kloeri has removed it like he said he would. resolving.
