Please test and stable mod_chroot-0.4 for new-style apache.

Tested on amd64 for apache-1.3.33-r12

Builds and loads.  Sites are chrootable.

Tests stable for amd64/apache-1.3

builds and runs without problems and as expected on amd64 with:
net-www/apache-2.0.54-r31
www-apache/mod_chroot-0.4

I get the errors below, trying to access /var/run, when trying to run apache2.  
Have I missed something? 
 
Perhaps it's because I'm not using the new style apache, but mod_chroot doesn't 
seem to require it.  I've tried this with 0.4 and 0.5 (see bug 95910).
