Looks like your gcc setup is confused. Try running "fix_libtool_files.sh", "gcc-config 1" and then "source /etc/profile"

reading through the bugzilla i've found fix_libtool_files.sh, which did not resolve it. and then i've found that i have a problem of libtool, so emerge -vaND libtool --oneshot did the thing. this bug cannot be considered as resolved. it's related to(it has a similar workaround as) 78689 and not 73435 , and it's not it's duplicate.
re-emerging libtool also worked for me... thanks!
