The filtering of at least -march=K6-2 (which I've tested with) should be
removed. After commenting out the replace-line I've also compiled and ran xorg
which used to suffer from this same glitch. I'm willing to bet the Gimp works
just fine too now.

k6 issues tended to be with older gcc-3.3.x and gcc-3.2.x versions
