thanks, jakub, this fixed it. there should be an easier way to fix this problem. well, the fix was easy, but there really should be an easier way to know how to fix this. from the bug 73435's activity, lots of people experienced similar problems. i'm resolving and remarking as a dupe. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 73435 ***
