i forgot to add that i have openal installed

Games bugs are *never* a blocker.

Attach the config.log file as text/plain and reopen please.

now I have the same error when emerging glest but yesterday glest emerged 
without problem

not surprising; you probably need to remerge a package supplying a library.  The
config.log file is in the build directory.  Attach it here as text/plain.

You mean emerge OpenAL? I did it but it didn't help
