Please also fix the dependency on dev-php/PECL-sqlite to be compatible with the
new PHP overlay.
This means adding "depend.php" to the inherited eclasses and calling the
function "require_sqlite" inside pkg_setup, while completely removing
"dev-php/PECL-sqlite" from the RDEPEND list.

OK, I've corrected the dep on virtual/httpd-php

I'll wait until the new php overlay is in main cvs before correcting the
depend.php eclass stuff.

OK, the new PHP ebuilds are in portage and will be removed from package.mask in
two days (Thursday, Sept. 8). This needs an urgent fix so that we don't break
the dependency tree for ~arch users.
