Description Jim Bray 2002-11-03 21:32:42 UTC
The new kconfig stuff in the kernel uses QT. A dependency needs to be added
for this. I can't cut and paste the error (apparently one can't do this from
xnest...) but the final complaint was 'unable to find QT installation.'

This bug was related to a specific kernel version can't remember the version
(2.5.45 or something), if I'm not correct reopen it. I have 2.5.50 installed and
compiled without the use of the QT libraries.

I can't close this bug, so somebody else please do,

Comment 3 Jim Bray 2002-12-05 09:11:04 UTC
I confirm that 2.5.50 can build without QT. This is using the SGI xfs cvs sources
(lost my broadband, had to switch from the Gentoo package).

I'l try to close this bug.
