Updated French translation for "doc/en/utf-8.xml". I also corrected a few 
mistakes and expanded the section on French input methods with the French 
Canadian layout.

You're right. I'm implying there are only three French keyboard layouts in  
Xorg, which is false. I'll reword the paragraph and send a patch.
