all directories exist (I checked it via "nano
/var/tmp/portage/ncurses-5.4-r6/work/narrowc/c++/Makefile")



Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge sync (chrooted instalation via internet)
2. emerge -e system
3. this error

Actual Results:  
output of the "make" in directory /var/tmp/portage/ncurses-5.4-r6/work/narrowc/c++

Did you bootstrap correctly? Looks like a duplicate of bug 75137.

bootstrap was ended correctly. after i ra "emerge gcc", ncurses was installed.
