esound-0.2.36-r1 doesn't compile.
esound-0.2.34 works instead.
i also tried to compile esound with LDFLAGS="" emerge esound but nothing. same
error.

?

as i said, the error is still the same even if i put LDFLAGS="" in front of
emerge command...

Eh? Your LDFLAGS have broken app-text/openjade, which then broke esound.

ok... i understood the lesson...
i'm going to recompile everything with safer settings...
can i enable LDFLAGS="-Wl,-O1" or perhaps --enable-new_ldflags or my new bug
reports would be marked as invalid?

I have had no problems with -Wl,-O1 - see Bug 65002 for more on this topic.
