The File foo2zjs-20050319.tar.gz missed on Gentoo-Mirrors. foo2zjs-20050319.tar.gz is part of the foo2zjs-20050319 ebuild. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
I can copy that, I searched all servers throughout Europe, USA and Asia. But I do have it installed on one of my machines, so for temporary solution and with NO GARANTY that the package works (even though it does on my second machine after some lockfile searching, the md5 sum compares correct to the ebuild) do this: cd /usr/portage/distfiles wget http://www.snowtraces.com/distfiles/foo2zjs-20050319.tar.gz emerge foo2zjs But as I said, this is my private server and this is only a temporary solution!
Copy that As a temporary solution I serve the file, but I give NO GARANTY that it works, even though I've tested it, m5sum is correct and the driver works... cd /usr/portage/distfiles wget http://www.snowtraces.com/distfiles/foo2zjs-20050319.tar.gz emerge foo2zjs As I said: Only temporary, I'm just a simple user that happens to have the package already on one box, so I really can't give garanty or waranty at all.
You can just fetch it from that site and rename it: http://foo2zjs.rkkda.com/foo2zjs.tar.gz Mirror admins: why has this file vanished?
I just moved the file to /space/distfiles-local again, please tell me when you can fetch the file.
In the latest ebuild I have moved those files to toucan(dev.gentoo.org) .. As our mirrors delete them regularly, I have no other choice, sorry infra
files are RESTRICT="mirror", in other word the ebuilds are _telling_ the mirrors to remove the file. As a courtesy, scripts in place give the files a 2 week reprieve on the mirrors, then remove them from the mirrors. So... mirroring is working fine, ebuild's restricts are the issue here.
Er, I can't emerge this. I tried downloading it manually from the foo2zjs site and renaming, but the filesize doesn't match.
I'm unable to emerge foo2zjs-20050319 as of the timestamp on this comment. Emerge couldn't find it on any mirror. Requesting that this bug be reopened since the package is currently marked stable.
