Bug 100216 – tos-uisp ebuild. tinyos patched version of uisp

dev-embedded/uisp don't work with tinyos-1.1.13 and AFAIK with any of its 
predecessors. An option could be apply a patch to the uisp existent build, but 
this can lead to incompatibilities on other platform that I don't know. 
I'll attach an ebuild for the tinyos version of uisp.

installing an application with dev-embedded/uisp-* does not work.

missing config.sub config.guess build fix.

tos uisp does not change in tinyos 1.1.15, no version bump needed

dev-embedded team, anyone have taken a look at differences between uisp and tos-uisp? If the solution of having tos-uisp || uisp is acceptable, I'll add tos-uisp to dev-tinyos next week.

Now in portage as dev-tinyos/tos-uisp. marking reso fixed.
