Description Patrizio Bassi 2005-07-25 03:05:06 UTC
during a system check and cleaning...i saw...

ls
athena/ doc@ GNUstep/ info@ lib/ man@ qt/ share/ upm/
bin/ etc/ i686-pc-linux-gnu/ kde/ libexec/ nagios/ rrdtool-1.2.10/ src/
com/ games/ include/ kdevbdb/ local/ portage@ sbin/ tmp@

i think that:
athena
com  (--> nessus certs)
kdevbdb
nagios
rrdtool-1.2.10
upm

and we COULD add gnustep too..

i think they are not in the right place.
why?

ls athena
bin/ include/ lib/ libexec/ man/ sbin/ usr

it has the same dir structure.
seems its root is not / but /usr
not good.

similar notes for others.

it would be nice all this install error to be fixed.
i didn't open a bug for every ebuilds in order not to flood bugzilla.

not my system problem, all other ebuilds install perfectly

1/ Identify a broken ebuild - run 'equery b
/path/to/some/file/in/incorrect/location'
2 Run 'equery f broken-ebuild-name > log'
3/ Search for duplicates and if none are found, then file a new bug for the
ebuild that installs to incorrect location and attach the log.
