similar issue reported with Windows VM+R600: https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=616166#c2 For the record, I have Linux VM+Intel graphics. seems to be another parallel submission: https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=616238 The upstream bug appears to be https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/16665 as disabling 3D acceleration makes my Linux VM boot again on 5.1.20.
