I masked 5.1.20 and went back to 5.1.18. No audio problems in Windows. Note: I did downgrade guest-additions to 5.1.18 but did not reinstall them in the VMs so the VMs are still using 5.1.20r114628.
Moreover, at least with radeon r600, no windows guest is able to boot with graphics accelleration enabled. When trying to boot any windows VM dmesg shows similar messages: ShCrOpenGL[21865]: segfault at 0 ip 00007f3269b22382 sp 00007f326b1bb020 error 4 in VBoxOGLrenderspu.so[7f3269b15000+27000] and the VMs crash with: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005) No problems with VB 5.1.18.
There is a bug report at virtualbox.org that looks fairly similar https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/16667
This should be fixed in 5.1.22 (which unfortunately has 3D issues, see bug #616240).
