Can we go ahead with non-x86 archs? (In reply to Michael Palimaka (kensington) from comment #2) > Can we go ahead with non-x86 archs? Feel free to proceed, but please double check the stabilization list, at least the version of qtmultimedia is outdated. Created attachment 423934 [details]

Added a minimal set of stable candidates for ppc (requested by ago).
I'm considering removing qtsensors from the stabilisation list. AFAICS it's there only because it's a dep of qtwebkit[orientation], but I guess HTML5 orientation support doesn't make much sense on non-mobile devices... so it's probably easier to stable mask the relative USE flag. What do you think?

What do you think? It's also used by newer versions of sci-mathematics/rstudio[-dedicated] which may block a potential future stabilisation. Right, but only on amd64 and x86. And arm might actually make sense for qtwebkit[orientation]. So let's keep it. Created attachment 425486 [details]

Add new revision of qtgui with crash fix.
amd64 stable Stable for HPPA PPC64. Additionally could we get qtserialport on the stable train too? https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=577074 And qtbluetooth https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=577076 Not in this bug. Let's handle those stable requests separately. arm stable ppc stable @x86: ping @x86: 2nd ping x86 stable |
