CCing treecleaners. If this cannot be fixed otherwise I am asking treecleaners to remove the package. gmt apparently moved these files into a legacy/ subdirectory. Adding that to all the SRC_URI may be enough. It may however also be neccessary to change the file names to lower case. Not sure about that, haven't tried. The current release of GMT is available at the top level directory. It's 5.2.1 at the moment, and bug #492792 appears to be working towards its inclusion. So we should not add the legacy/ path arc to the third party mirror specification since we will probably want to use the same mirror specs for recent releases. Please don't tree-clean this. With these modifications, I could successfully run "ebuild digest", so all the files could be downloaded. The checksums match, so I guess that after extraction the situation during build should be the same. I haven't run any build tests.
I hope you don't read that dependency on bug 492792 which Pacho just added too literally: this one here can be easily fixed by applying my patch, without waiting on that one. author Amy Winston <amynka@gentoo.org> 2016-01-10 20:04:28 (GMT) committer Amy Winston <amynka@gentoo.org> 2016-01-10 20:04:28 (GMT) commit f6e3cb92f3e41ab3ea359f8a1bf099707081bf79 sci-geosciences/gmt: fetch repaired bug #561202 @pacho: so can we unmask it and consider it resolved? Amy Sure but, please, can you clarify who is maintaining this package finally? Are you taking it as co-maintainer or did you join sci-geo project? Thanks for the work :) (In reply to Pacho Ramos from comment #6) > Sure but, please, can you clarify who is maintaining this package finally? > Are you taking it as co-maintainer or did you join sci-geo project? > > Thanks for the work :) Well I joined sci-geosciences few weeks ago.. however I didn't manage to solve all bugs yet.
