This isn't a bug; the error message explains the configuration problem. We set PYTHON_SINGLE_TARGET=python2_7 in the default profile for a reason. Not all python packages are ready for python3. That's explains everything. I didn't know that python2_7 - default for profile, so - my fault. Thank you for your time and explanation, I appreciate that. So... why did you just reopen this bug?
