The SRC_URI="ftp://emboss.open-bio.org/pub/EMBOSS/DOMALIGN-0.1.0.tar.gz" was added and the patch embassy-domsearch-0.1.0-r5.patch was removed. So again I don't know, this is the embassy-domsearch-0.1.0-r5.ebuild or an embassy-domsearch-0.1.0.ebuild.
