Enchant abstracts spell checking backend I guess it should just depend on enchant... So, does anyone remember what the reason was for the hardcoded dependency on an english language dictionary (app-dicts/aspell-en)? Hunspell support is disabled in source code explicitly. Available Sonnet backends are: - aspell - enchant - hpell I don't see a point it installing multiple backends - only enchant backend will be installed, that should satisfy both aspell and hspell lovers (as it's dictionary wrapper library as pva noted). Fixed (in 4.4.2, 4.4.3 and above), thanks for reporting, indeed this issue needed to be sorted out. |
