media-video/qc-usb-messenger is broken with linux 2.6.28 as reported by Thomas Juerges on bug #245585.

Patch for kernels >= 2.6.28.

This patch is to go on top of all the patches from bug [https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=245585] and is meant to be used with the there attached -r2 ebuild.

Fixed in 1.8-r2. Thanks Thomas!

This will need to go stable around 14th or 15th, before kernel 2.6.28 hits stable.

amd64/x86 stable, all arches done.
