Until per-package default useflags can be selected, there's no way to make them enabled by default. Besides, most of them are usually disabled by users. The name are the same that are used by Kopete itself to describe the plugins. *** Bug 151060 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** IIt is ridiculous ... I think you have lost the meaning of use flags... It is like you make an ebuild of firefox with a use flag "-nonetwork"... Anyway...
