Arch teams, please test this and mark it stable.  This release includes fixes that are considered stable from the 2.1.1 branch (bug 136244 is the 2.1.1 tracker).  At the request of the Release Engineering team, for compatibility with catalyst, the change in unmerge behavior from bug 118515 has been reverted.
