I fixed your email address in the ChangeLog. I'll look into trying to add xvid support to xine a bit later. What is the take on this ? Dont it use xvid if found, and ffmpeg for divx like mplayer ? I still haven't had the time to have a look at xvid. I'm a bit busy right now; Martin, if you feel like taking this bug over, feel free. ;^) the use var exists, but neither mplayer, nor xine uses it as far as i can tell Retiring as a Gentoo developer. There now is a global xvid use flag, and I just closed out bug #30242. Looking into it for xine, unless others want to handle it. Slip this in after the security bug is handled. Looks like the bug this depends on was fixed. Did I miss something or is it OK to close this bug? |
