I'm triying to update kdelibs from 3.4.0-r2 to kdelibs-3.4.1-r1, but every time, after a few minutes compiling my computer hangs up. Here's the last message of my kernel after the hangup: [kernel] MCE: The hardware reports a non fatal, correctable incident occurred on CPU 0. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.emerge -auvD world 2. 3. Actual Results: Computer hangs up compiling kdelibs Expected Results: Compile kdelibs AMD Athlon k7, 256 Mb RAM. Hmm, and what should we do about your broken hardware (CPU)? See Bug 20600 for possible causes of this problem. And BTW, stop overclocking. ;p
I read bug 20600 and i'm going to try these solutions, but i'm not sure if I am overclocking, how do you know if you are doing it and how to resolve that?

Check your BIOS settings if they match the CPU specs and/or set the CPU frequency to Auto in BIOS. Check if your CPU is not overheating, etc. This is not a kdelibs bug and we cannot do anything about hardware issues. Sorry.
