See: https://github.com/mltframework/mlt/releases/tag/v7.30.0 There is an old mlt-9999 package in the "stuff" repo that has the old bug about python targets (see https://bugs.gentoo.org/915132) and furthermore seems to depend on Qt5 and python-2.7. I've written the maintainer. However, the latest Flowblade (an excellent video editor that I wish were maintained in portage) requires MLT >=7.30 for SDL2 support. This would make it possible for me to drop python-3.11 from my system (since older versions of flowblade and mtl don't use python-3.12). Thanks for the help! Reproducible: Always
