    media-libs/alsa-ucm-conf: destabilize 1.2.13 for ~amd64, ~ppc, ~ppc64, ~x86

We should stable ALSA as a group. https://github.com/projg2/nattka/issues/88 would
    help detect such cases...

Huh, and pkgdev bugs didn't suggest pulling in any other packages, it just marched ahead with creating the bug.

It was a low-confidence stablereq to begin with. I didn't intentionally CC-ARCHES on it, I was just trying to find a whole bunch of lagging packages by stepping through e.g. the binhost profiles to find commonly used stuff. But it is maintainer-needed so pkgdev bugs helpfully added that without my noticing. :P
