May I know which version of oneDNN you used to build caffe2
I can confirm that it compiles successfully when the onednn useflag is disabled, it seems to be a problem with onednn integration.

More information. Yes, I can compile if oneDNN use flag is disabled, but I cannot link because of fbgemm link errors (due to using gcc13 system-wide while nvidia-cuda-toolkit and similar stuff requires gcc12). If I disable fbgemm I can compile and link successfully. I will close this issue since the solution works for me.
