sci-libs/caffe2-2.5.1-r3 needs nvidia-cuda-toolkit:0/12.5.1 but cuda ev-util/nvidia-cuda-toolkit-12.6.1:0/12.6.1::gentoo is out

I don't think this is fixed.

$ rg nvidia-cuda

its still there and prevents me from updating cuda...
